Local controllability of quantum systems

In the case when the interaction of subsystems is given by a graph or more generally by a hypergraph the controllability can be deduced using criteria introduced in~\cite{puchala2012local}.

The notion of hypergraphs is also useful to assure controllability of multipartite quantum systems~\cite{puchala2012local}.
